Hello! My name is Alicia Jackson, and I am majoring in political science with a minor in community action and social change at the University of Michigan, currently in the final year of my bachelor’s degree. After transferring from Henry Ford College, I’ve channeled my passion for understanding political systems toward dismantling oppression. As an OptiMize community college coordinator, I mentor students through their academic journeys, helping them navigate the complexities of transferring, identifying their passions, and turning those passions into impactful community projects.
